Um. Other than the fact that zombies don't exist? I would imagine it takes a fair amount of electricity to work the drawbridge and the concrete window covers. Something that will probably be in short supply when the zombies are munching on everyones brains.

Not really. There are plenty of ways to fuel something like that without being hooked up to a power grid. Let's face it, if you have the quid to put down on something like that, you have the quid to make sure power can be generated to use it. Heck, if you build it in the right place, you can use hydro or geothermal power. Look at those people on Bouganville. Not to mention stuff coming down the pipeline: www.kurzweilai.net/a-high-performance-solar-thermoelectric-generating-device?utm_source=KurzweilAI+Daily+Newsletter&utm_campaign=717ea3547d-UA-946742-1&utm_medium=emailIt remains to be seen how easy or inexpensive it is to make this stuff, but it could be that a well stocked machine shop would be able to provide replacement parts. Also in a zombie PA event trade would reestablish itself among the various human enclaves that survived. Each enclave would wind up specializing in a certain endeavor and trade their surplus for what they don't produce. You'd just have to hold out long enough for the situation to stabilize.

I wonder how much it cost's. I don't much believe in a zombie apoc scenario myself.
