Anyone read any of them? He is a cop that does alot of post/ happening apocalyptic books.
His "dead world" Series is about a zombie outbreak in the gulf region that has occurred do to a series of Katrina style Hurricanes. They are generally Police heavy considering he is a cop himself.
The first book "Dead City" is about a San Antonio police officer during the outbreak in that city a few days after the hurricanes. The Second is "Apocalypse of the Dead" which is about two years after the outbreak in the gulf and how the country has changed. The third book "Flesh Eaters" Is about a Houston Police officer in the Emergency Operations Command and takes place during the hurricanes and the initial outbreaks before San Antonio.
The books overall are really well written and also made me want to study Criminal Justice to become a cop...Always better to have a firearm on you when it occurs
